my new 1950 project

Hey guys I'm new to this kind of project but not new to my tools! I'm a former drag racer I just sold my 1970 Alcohol back halved nova. to do something I could enjoy on the street. Loading half my garage up and waiting in staging lanes when it's 100 deg. outside has lost its appeal for 9 sec. of fun. so here we are. can you guess what the 86 caprice is for?
