That's probably what he paid for it back in 2000 when he bough it. I think now, almost 12 years later, $5k is too high of an asking price for an LS1. You can get complete packages now for far less. Just my .$02.

Geesh, I didn't think I had to say, "I realize it not yours" in a disclaimer. I can read. I was commenting from my opinion. And I did say "MY $.02". And when I used "YOU" can get and LS for a cheaper price, I didn't mean you per say or directly. I meant it as you in general. Merry Christmas bro!
