Post Need wiring info,Please

Can anyone tell me how to wire in bosch relays for the head lights(wiring diagram,1 each light),to get full voltage(13-14vdc).The relays I have are Bosch and some DEI.They have 5 terminals,...85(orange),86(yellow),87(blue),87a(black)and 30(green).

Here ya go
85 - switched + source (from your headlight switch)
86 - ground (any good chassis ground)
30 - battery feed (best if run directly from the battery with a 50A fuse)
87a - + with relay off (not used)
87 - + with relay on (to headlights/foglights/etc.. )
One relay will do the trick unless you have other plans. Most headlights will pull 4-6 amps on average. Most bosch standard relays will handle 25a continous/30a burst.

Good info. you will need the second one for your high beams. Get new hallogen lamps for the full effect.
I plan on doing this to the Longhorn.
