swapping caddy heads is a bad idea. I've never heard of any swaps that'll bump it only one point. You install old small chaimber heards on a large chaimber head engine, and you'll have a ticking time bomb with like 14 to 1...go the other direction and you'll have like 6.5 to one.... something like that.

Acually, the article I read stated that it adds roughly 2.5 compression points. I was mistaken. If you start with a 70's smogger (8.5:1) you end up just over 11:1. They did a test of it in one of the performance rags. I've searched the internet for it, and cannot find it. The mag is in a box in my garage.

ANyway, I was just passing on the info I read. Cannot vouch for it, and since you ARE the resident Caddie expert . . .

there's a couple more here that know the caddy better. they just don't come around all that often.
