power steering line removal?
I am trying to remove my power steering lines to remove the engine. I was able to remove one that is at the gear box but where does the other one go? It looks like it goes towards the cooler for the ac. I thought it would be connectd to the cooler in front of the radiator but it does not. Its the last thing before pulling the engine.

Re: power steering line removal?
The lines make a 180 and go into the frame. Where the hell do they go. Maybe i should get a puller and remove the pump from serpentine belt bracket instead.

Re: power steering line removal?
I removed the pully to take the pump off the serpentine bracket. How do you put the pully back on? I am assuming it goes pressed on. I would have to do it while attached to the truck somehow.

Re: power steering line removal?
you could not unbolt the line from the pump and free it?
Most likely a PS cooler, mine has one up front of the rad. the same tool (bolt only type not an actual claw type puller) preses that pulley back on. When you remove it you turn the bolt in to press it off when you reinstall you turn the big nut to press it down on the stud.
