That's an awesome deal! The best deal I got is, new smoothie wheels, tires, hubcaps and trim rings in exchange for watching my parents' dogs for 3 days, which I would have done for free.

Wife and I went to our subdivision garage sale and I saw a 67-72 Chevy tailgate in the corner of a garage that wasn't part of the items being sold. I ask if it was for sale, the lady said she would call her husband and ask him. He said he would sale for $30. so I offered $25 and he said OK. It was an original TAKE-OFF from 1969 and was in mint condition! One of my best scores ever

my post was every "now and then" but mine were not "today" as the op had.

these "were" the $6.00 hooks after blast & paint they are well gone now.

Negativ! Being I only have 60-66 crust buckets i wasn't interested! But it had a buyer coming the next morning. 70 in my garage is a rust free Jem!
