Dana 44 ball joints

Good morning,
I'm installing new Moog ball joints on my 71 k10 restoration and the new Moog upper and lower ball joints look different then what came out, that part is fine, I'm just wanting to make sure that what I got is going to work, never changed these before. The upper was a press with snap ring, now it is just knurled press and the lower is knurled press with a snap ring, the upper pressed in nicely but the lower has a pretty tight press and I'm having a hard time getting it started. The press is about .011 thousands, is this correct?? The part numbers I have are K8195T and K8194T any help would be appreciated, maybe just fine just want to be sure thanks

Re: Dana 44 ball joints

K8194T is the top, does not use snap ring
K8195T is the bottom, uses snap ring
