looking for info on 68 chevy fenders

New to this forum I'm working on a 71 Chevy swb and try to info on fender interchange with a 68 Chevy. I pick up a set of new 68 fenders cheap and was hoping that would fit but not sure have the truck torn down to restore any help or info would be great thanks will have pictures of the build later once I figure out how to post them

They will not fit unless you change the whole front clip to the 68. Fenders, hood, core support, etc. Welcome to the board, and post pics. These guys love pics.

Welcome to the site I hate to bare bad news but they won't work on your truck without major surgery.I would say you can buy a pair of new ones that will work in the $300 range or less.

Click on "go advanced" when posting a reply and click on the paper clip icon. That will direct you to another window where you can upload a picture. When you post a new thread the screen will already be in the "go advanced" screen.
