Engine identification help

I have a 71 Chevy C30, Original engine was a 6 cylinder. It now has a small block v8 with 4 speed trans. Can someone help me, trying to find out what year the engine is. I know its a 400

Numbers on back of block - 3951511
Numbers on front of block - T0919CSA
Numbers on front of block - 13Y110364

How can I tell if its a 4 bolt or 2 bolt without taking the pan off? Does the block ID numbers not say or anymore information on it.

with small blocks thats only guaranteed way to tell 2 or 4 bolt.
