305v6 with power steering

I have a 305v6 with power steering for sale. Would be perfect for a period/year correct GMC restoration. It’s in my ‘68 gmc and will turn over by hand but has not been cranked in many years. The motor is complete and is mated to a turbo 400. Lots of good parts to be had or I’ll selll the whole drivetrain complete with transmission. Would rather not ship larger/heavier parts and prefer local pickup. That said, i will mail smaller items on the buyers dime.

Complete pullout motor and trans - Engine SOLD
Turbo 400 - $150
Power steering set-up with pulleys, brackets, pump - $300 SOLD

We’ll start there but a buyer that has interest in entire set-up takes precedent over someone wanting specific pieces off the motor.

No PM sales (other than negotiations once you’ve made your interest known) Please post in the thread. “I’ll take it” takes precedence over questions. Thanks!

Re: 305v6 with power steering

I will answer for Robbie since his truck is at my farm . If you give him some sort of deposit on it I will start pulling the motor in my spare time so yes it will be pulled by then.

Yes, it does. It’ll be complete from air cleaner to oil pan minus the power steering set-up and pulleys that went with it. As John mentions below, we’ll have it pulled by the time you’re ready to pick up.

Re: 305v6 with power steering

Hey there Uncle...pretty sure I remember your name is Tim...I bought a 402 from you a pretty good while ago...sorry about the PM box being full...I took a pretty long break from the site there for a while and my paid membership went away along the way...will have to get in there and clean it up and send Josh some money when I get a chance...dont like those pink letters...hehehehe...if your motor is reasonable as well it would make my trip even more worthwhile...my youngest son goes to school in West Central FL so I will be heading that way soon...let me know...thanks, Mike

Haha thank you. As long as you got my email right, we should be good to go. Haven’t received funds yet, but will let you know when i do. Depending on how you did it, it could take a day or two to show up. We’ll get started getting motor pulled over the next few weeks. Let me know when you’re coming this way and we’ll be ready. Thanks!
