Man, I love this truck! Very nice job! What brand paint did you use? Is it BC/CC or single stage?

Re: 507 Marathon Blue

Here is a picture or two of the interior out in the sunlight. Have not done much at all over the winter with it. But i did take it down the road for the first time in three years a couple of days ago. At first i thought i was having transmission troubles, it would shift out of first to quick into second and never out of second to third. but all the problem was is the TC cable not adjusted correctly. Oh and i did rebuild the carb the other day. Runs good.

Why finish the thread? Show us what you're doing with it! You didn't do all this work to leave it sitting, didja?

Re: 507 Marathon Blue

Finally got the hubcaps finished with the red paint. And also got the truck back from the axle shop. The rear was shot so I had a compleate rebuild plus switched from a open rear axle to a posi. But here is the pictures of the hubcaps.

Re: 507 Marathon Blue

I'm gonna have to do my rear too. I like your truck a lot. I prefer no hubcaps tho. You've done a great job.
