fuel system questions

About to do a LS swap on my truck and had a couple questions.

I'll be using the complete fuel line from the donor, 88 wrangler tank, 92 s10 fuel sender.

How do I go from the threaded style fitting to the quick connect style?

There are 4 connections at the fuel sender. 1 supply, 1 return... What are the other two connected to? Vent?
