repop inner cowl replacement help

I am replacing the inner cowl panel on my 1969 c10 and just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem. The drivers side fitment does not look like it will get down enough, passenger side is great. I am concerned about the rest of the panels lining up if I mount it this way. This cab is my first attempt at metal work and not sure where to go from here.

Re: repop inner cowl replacement help

I had the same problem with mine, which was a triplus from AMD. I found that the flanges were not bent to 90°, took a hammer and dolly to them and fix them right up. The cowl mounted up fine.

Yes sir,
also I notice the radius of the two is different. Your new panel radius is larger than the original. Which could have something to do with the length issue. Good Luck
