60/40

I have a 99 C2500 GMC Suburban with a 5.7 that used to be a DOT truck. The truck orginally had a vinyl bench front seat and a vinyl second row seat. Swapped the second row seat for cloth seat with cupholder from junkyard for $100, direct swap no problem. I bought a cloth 60/40 from an extended cab truck. Went to put them in and the only holes that lined up were the drivers side. After research, found extended cab passenger holes are different than one from a suburban or regular truck, which are hard to find. So I took some measurments from my orginal passenfer holes and went to the junkyard. I measured a seat riser from a captains chair froma late 90s suburban, measurments were the same. Swapped them onto my 40 seat and the two outside bolts lined up. Drilled 4 holes( two back holes were already tapped once I drilled the dimples in the floor), used two metal tabs on the front holes and bolted them down. Sorry this was long winded, hope this helps someone out.

Re: 60/40

Nice job! I forgot about the passenger side seats having different pattern.
