Post Fan belt length?

How long is the fan belt supposed to be on a '72? I think I got a 51" or something on it and it's at the end of the adjustment. I changed the crank pulley to make the squealing stop but at about 5K it still squeals. I need a little more adjustment like maybe a half inch smaller or so, not much more.

I hope you meant 15, not 155mm there, Fast.

Just take it back and ask for an inch smaller; even the guys working the Autozones and Checkers around here are smart enough to grab one of those. That's what I did when the belts in their computers were a bit too long for mine.
