70 c1500 frontend fit 72 k20 ?

Just getting ready to swap out the front fenders, grill and hood on my Pa's old 70 GMC c1500 onto a 72 Chevy k10, please tell me they'll fit....... I was planning on keeping the chevy bumper and use the blinks for running lights.

Anyone with any info, suggestions or tips about the job please chime in, Thanks

Yes. You need the GMC core support too.

You are correct. The core support mounts to the frame and holds the radiator in place, also headlights, grille, etc.
