2.5" backspacing

I'm considering running 15x10" wheels with 2.5" backspacing on my '72 3/4 ton 4x4 suburban. Anyone know what the positives/negatives are to having wheels with such a little amount of backspacing? Anyone have pics of what it would look like with the wheels sticking so far outside of the wheel wells?

Thanks - Chris
