No Fire Challenge C1500 Vortec 5.7L

Replaced starter myself. Driving down the road one week later suburban died. Completely dead. NO FIRE condition. New starter spins when turning over but there is no fire present.
Turn key on and normally battery light will go off of course. Battery light is staying lit.

What has been done within the last year:
New Throttle position sensor.
New Crankshaft sensor.
New Battery.
New starter (recently).
New Alternator (recently).
New AC delco Cap and rotor.
New AC delco plus and wires.
New Power steering pump.
New Fuel Pump
New Fuel Filter (fuel pressure is 60-65)

This happened again today. About 1 month ago it happened the first time - just died going down the road. A local mechanic charged me $275 because he said I had a burnt wire at the computer. IF I did, how do I have one again now? Needless to say the end result is I have no fire again - still.
