What is this?

Not sure what this is. Had 2 wires pushed into it but not hooked up to anything.

My Factory A/C Blazer has the heater core tubes come out there.
The heater core tubes poke into the engine bay from the inside of the cab(under the dash) and the hot coolant lines are connected there.

Thanks. Mine is not factory ac so I'm assuming it's the work of a previous owner. There's nothing behind it and the wires were just pushed into the hole.
