MG A Restoration Shop in Tidewater Virginia

All,
I know it is off topic but I need some help. I have a MG A that the restoration has been started on, but not finished. The guy that was doing the work for me passed away before it was half done. I am looking for a good and not overpriced shop in the Tidewater area to take over. It has been blasted, and in primer. It needs alot of panels, etc. welded on. I have more new parts than old att. The frame is good everything else needs work body wise.
Any help would be appreciated.
