72 gmc jimmy clutch pedal binding when releasing

On my 72 jimmy I have a hydraulic clutch set up with the sm465 manual, that when depressing the clutch it binds up on the way back up. But smooth when you push it down. Anybody know what could cause that? Today I checked the clutch master cylinder and fluid was at the min point, topped it off and it still does it. I've noticed that the clutch rod in the slave cylinder isn't centered but off to one side and when the clutch is operated the slave cylinder moves a 1/4 inch but all nuts are tight.

If it matters the clutch rod is going into the middle hole in the clutch fork should I try moving to the outside hole?

I just fixed it. There's custom adjustable linkage from pedal to master cylinder adjusted it now it's not binding👍
