Original steering wheel. Body color or Black?

Just finishing restoration on an original steering wheel for my 1967 Shortbed stepside. Trying to decide to paint it body color to match the interior or go with black. Steering column is black, dash pad is black, seat and carpet is black. Dash, roof and doors are body color. ( "sage") What do you guys think would look better in the truck?

Your pickup looks awesome in sage! Given your interior color scheme, I’d go with a black wheel.

Awesome truck!...awesome color! But, +1 on black wheel. If nothing else, any sage paint chips/scracthes/wear-through will show the original black wheel...that would drive me nuts.

If the truck will see little use, a painted wheel could be really cool for the shows...Throw us a photo of the interior dash area.
