81-87 Tailgate with trim panel

I have a tailgate that I picked up from a board member who was parting as truck about a year ago. Its brown and beige with kinda cruddy brown paint on it. It is straight and works good. has a clean aluminum strip on it with the chevrolet logo, but does have some marks where there were bumper stickers on it. There is some surface rust that is starting near the bottom of the strip.
Im figuring it wont be much to repair or to just use the gate as it is on a daily driver or work truck
I WILL NOT SHIP
must be picked up in Parlin NJ

$50 firm

Re: 81-87 Tailgate with trim panel

FYI- That's a 73-80 insert on your tailgate. The 81-up had a black "band" around the perimeter as well as a different Chevrolet script. If it was flawless (read dent and scratch free), I would be there in a heartbeat with $50 just for the insert. Too bad I'm halfway across the country.
