Are they not comfortable now, or do you want something with a lower back?

Not really that comfortable and I want something that has a lower back and isn't so square looking.

New front seats in. I still need to find a matching rear seat. I am going to build a custom center console also.

Those seats out of a 88-98 NBS style truck?

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Yes. They would be a easy mod. on these trucks. I have already cut the hump out of my floors, but on one that hadn't been modified you could cut the base down on these pretty easy.

My bet is the dimensions on the seat bottoms are close if not the same. I was thinking more along the lines of swapping the tracks over. I recently swapped burb buckets into my CC but I don't care for the late model burb foam vs what was available on other models.

The style I have vs yours: Note the seam on the lower cushion & headrest differences.....

What vehicle model specifically did you yank them from?

Re: crew cab short bed build " clifford"

They would probably be 90-94. The 88-89 had the low back seats, and the seats got a redesign when the interior did in '95.

If you can find an 89-91 Suburban with a bench seat, the seat cover would be a match. That's the only thing that comes to mind.

I was thinking of a rear crew cab seat from 92-95 is what I need. I guess a suburban front bench would work though.

Re: crew cab short bed build " clifford"

Great build, just read through it all. I am thinking about doing the same type of build. Thanks for taking the time to share it all.

Do you have any current updates or pics of interior etc.. Thanks Ronnie

Man what a wild sbcc love the look and definitely like the color options since they aren't drab and overdone. Great work on the new style interior as well, really classes it up
