engine noise on a fresh rebuild

I'm hoping that it's the cam and lifters. It mostly happens at start up.

Your videos are unavailable to me, but my initial question would be what type of lifters do you have?

hydraulic

It's very loud at start up but it seems to be slightly noisy through my entire drive.

Also, when I downshift and the motor revs up, it has a noise to it as well.

At start up it literally sounds like a spun bearing.

Take your oil filter off cut it open and see if you see any metal in the filter.

Which engine do you have? Does the oil pressure gauge work? Cold start up oil pressure after a few seconds on my 250 6 cylinder is about 50 psi with 10-30w oil.
A bad/worn bearing will lower oil pressure quite a bit.

I took the pan off and inspected all bearings and they look great!
