Good action shots Chief!

I think I need to get the post office to forward your packages to me...

my Chrome Bumper Guards on my 1965 c10 - plus pics of them uninstalled

How to install bumper guards - step by step pictorial by hilandr451

The bumper guards were an option and were available chrome or painted.

You can find them used on the online auction sites and here in the 60-66 parts board. If you have an original bumper, it is best to use the original ones, I've read of fitment issues on the re-pop bumpers... and also fitment issues of repop guards on the original bumpers.

Well, they are not new...they have a few small dings, but against that background, they look good don't they !!

I would of had some pics of me bolting them in, but nobody else was around...

The truck was missing the air-cleaner assembly, but I scored one off of evil-bay for cheap. But might be using it, depending is I run a different carb/intake set-up.

Re: The "UnOfficial Rock-a-Chief" Build Thread....

Geez.... I get sick looking in here... You have your truck in a shop, with a lift.... I usually have to work on my C20 outside, weather permitting, and roll around on the cold ground... or cold barn floor depending on what's going on. Well...... I'm not selling you any more parts then

Just kidding, have to give you some crap . The truck is looking better all the time. I really like those bumper guards. Kind of makes me want to look out for a set for my C20.

All my builds have to be low-budget....especially now when were trying to get in that house....

Hopefully, I can get on it soon.

We are digging the house....lots to do (that I want to do)...been here like 3 months and just got internet. Still no TV, but I got all the rooms wired at least (kids are reading a lot of books)

What sucks is that living out here, I can only get dial-up...man I haven't used a modem in years....boy does it suck !!

Lot less pics I guess when I do start back up in on the 63 ...
