What fan are you using?

My 81 C2500 had a 3 blade clutch fan on it. New motor will be happening soon, so I'd like to replace it with something from this century. What are you guys using that you are happy with?

Thanks,

Jim P

Re: What fan are you using?

I'm running a nylon flex fan on my 350. Engine runs at a constant 190* at cruise or stuck in summer traffic.

Re: What fan are you using?

1972 GMC with a 350, bone stock fan... non-clutch. ...and my 1994 GMC with a 350, bone stock fan, with a clutch.

No problems to date with either truck.

My '72 sees 6,000 RPM's every blue moon... so I should prolly look into a dfferent fan setup. Been thinkin' about going dual electric...
