Re: The Toybox

Thanks guys! Yes, the plaid will continue throughout the interior. But I will keep it fairly subtle. Should be a fun touch.

Ya, but it isn't UV protected though. I need to get some $ together after the motor stuff and then I am gonna figure out seat stuff. Maybe just using the colors from the plaid. I do have plenty left though.

Bob, thanks!
We are not all old timers. I only have a little over a year on here. But thanks for the feedback to all of you!

Re: The Toybox

So, I took an hour or so over the weekend (Saturday) to clean up and repaint a few little things on the truck. I painted the wheel wells a medium silver. Trimmed up my control arms where they have been rubbing at turn. Removed my bump stops. And painted the control arms again, not that that lasts long on the bottoms of them, but I did it anyway.

Sorry, no pictures of it all.

Re: The Toybox

So, I was checking tire pressures today and noticed that my truck can catch flies...and not on the front. Made me chuckle, so I took a pic to share with you all. Look at the middle bar on the "E".

Re: The Toybox

I got the perches & springs from summit. The spindles have been fine. There are mixed reviews about them, but no problems here. They went on well, took alignment fine. All around ok in my book. There are pics somewhere of my flip, but I will try to get on my pc tomorrow and get some for you.

Re: The Toybox

Don't mess with bags unless you are gonna set up a compressor & tank. It will just be way too many headaches. Here are a couple pics of my flip. And one more. Think I needed to change the exhaust?
