My old girls name is " two tone " hence the awsome 80's two tone paint job. Not sure how it happened but my son started calling her that and it's stuck.

Jake. Named after John Wayne aka Jake. The smashed fender is the result of a d@dge that was totaled. That's my son's 1980 Luv project in the background.

Lucinda.... just always remember my dad driving his 72 3/4 ton beater and everytime it would not start or act up he would always say "c'mon Lucinda, don't do me like this!" and that is what I have always called her.

I do refer to the truck in the feminine, just like I do all my material things. |

The '68's name is Walter DeWayne after the original owner of the truck. I bought it from his grandson, but it was still in his name. It'll be "Walt" for short.

I bought this old bucket of bolts from the old Delmar stadium swap meet in
Houston TX before they turned it into a bus barn etc, all the way back to 2003 I call her NELLY_BELL. |
