Rubber trailing arm bushings

What method do you guys use to install new rubber trailing arm bushings? Thanks

Beer, hammer, cuss, repeat. in that order. I had energy suspension poly bushings and they have a lip on the inside of the trailing arm and the new ones have a lip to match. another words they only go in one way. learned that the hard way. good luck

Oh yea I used a c-clamp which helped a lot.
