I think it's done for now anyway!
I cleaned all the outside trim with 00 steel wool and fixed the horn which turned out to be the spring inside the column. It's the part in red in the picture. I used a pen spring for now until the new parts arrive.

I got new wipers ordered also.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
