55- 59 Front Coil Over Spring Rates (C4 Corvette)

I am building a 57 GMC and I had RRFRAMES.COM build me a chassis. His frame uses C4 suspension from an 88-96 Corvette and it uses the mono-leaf.

To get some additional adjust-ability I am considering doing the vansteel.com QA1 coil over conversion on the front but I have no idea what spring rate to get. I suspect it should be on the heavier sites of what was available in a C4 Corvette and that was 531 to 656 lbs.

For those who did coil overs on the front if your 55- 59 what spring rate did you end up going with and are you happy with it?
