Tilt Steering for 68
Been looking for a tilt steering column for my 68 c10. Found this one on ebay but seems to be a lower price compared to other ones I have found online. Anyone see any issues with this one?

Re: Tilt Steering for 68
I have a customer that has put one in his truck. It hasn't been in too long and it is loose feeling. I have not checked it out for him it could be the wheel isn't tight or it could be loose at the knuckle. the truck has been at my place close to a year[not all my fault he is working on it here as he can]and i asked him if he used the wheel to pull himself in the truck he said yes, he is kinda large so that may have been the cause of being loose I just don't know but thought I'd throw it out there just to confuse you more. No really it looks like a ok piece but his does have that issue

Re: Tilt Steering for 68
Just remember, tilts didn't come in these trucks till '69. This was the year GM also went to a collapsing shaft. You'll need the lower shaft from a 69-72 to have a complete column.
