Yes, you can get the covers from the various catalog companies such as LMC. My 1969 truck is a CST/10 and the original seat covers were brown vinyl with the scroll and pleat patterns shown in the LMC catalog.

That is not correct, they are scroll with cloth insert. Not houndstooth. Not plaid like highlander. I will post a picture later today

My low-mileage '69 GMC bought from the original owner had scroll and cloth but they look different. So I'll be watching this thread.

OK. I thought by Custom trim you meant the CST/10 as in Custom Sport Truck. I guess I have a different trim level. Mine had vinyl seats. I ended up having some custom-for-me covers made with houndstooth and vinyl.

Re: 69 custom factory seat cover..

Custom is a trim level sandwiched between base trim and a CST and has the cloth insert seat as opposed to all vinyl like the other two trim levels. While CSTs are a step up the trim ladder, I personally prefer the Custom level seat - very nice seats. The below pics may help - note that some 69 had some two-tone vinyl going on even on the cloth seats. These pics courtesy of SSTim. No, I don't know anyone that sells them off the shelf, but it's worth giving SMS a call and I bet they can help.
