I'm not really concerned with the technology side of it, would just like to own a copy because I remember I enjoyed reading it. I've actually built several Task Force era trucks over the years.

That copy for $65USD that's a little crazy

https://books.google.com/books?id=wQ...page&q&f=false

Some pages are missing...

BTW, if you think the $65 book was expensive don't look at these prices:
https://www.abebooks.com/book-search/isbn/1557882592/

You might be surprised to find that many technically oriented books are in the $50 - $100 range these days. Very frustrating.

Re: How to Build Tri-Five Chevy Trucks

I'm not sure that I ever bought that one as I was past my 55/57 Chevy truck want by that time. I wanted a 55/57 big window something terrible in 1974.

I'll look in a box that I have several of those type books in though .I need to sort it out and see what is salvageable and what got ruined over the years anyhow.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

Re: How to Build Tri-Five Chevy Trucks

That would be terrific mr48chev! I was hoping someone might have a copy sitting in a box or collecting dust somewhere that they might want to pass on to a grateful new caretaker for a reasonable price. Thanks

Re: How to Build Tri-Five Chevy Trucks

i just saw the Truckin' mag reference on the cover. the 1st time i saw that mag it had a TF truck on the cover, i subscribed, then figured out they rarely did TF truck features. most was 80s mini-trucks
