'89 suburban class III hitch for sale

I'm putting on a class IV hitch on my '89 suburban 1/2ton 2wd and have a class III for sale for somebody in the Houston area.

It's Valley brand (their website: www.valleyorders.com)

and it's got a 400lb tongue weight/4000lbs towing

or

1000lb tongue/9500lbs towing with a weight distributing module.

$65 (don't want to ship).

I'm not sure what other app this fits, but can try looking at etrailer.com and figuring out what is the same app.
