Lower Ball Joint into NEW LCA...

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone else has had issues installing new lower ball joints into new lower control arms. I purchased new LCAs because the old ones were too rusted and banged up from hitting curbs and such. I was about to install ball joints I got with a kit from CPP a couple years ago, but they are obviously made to be installed into more worn LCAs and are a bit too wide to fit. I read that LMC Truck had narrower ones so I ordered those. Unfortunately they are the same width as the CPP ones and also do not fit. I'm using the ball joint press that Autozone rents out. It's not perfect for these ball joints but it seems like it should still work. Anyone have any thoughts on what I should try next? Thanks!!
