Torque on diff and tranfercase input - output shafts.

Guys,

I have a 1968 GMC 4X4.
I put new seals in the input shafts of the front and rear diffs and I'm not sure of the torque valve to set the pre-load of the bearings.
Also I had to change the seal on the front out put shaft of the transfer case.
Need the torque value for all to reinstall the yokes.
Any advice on the value or where I can find it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
