Question Shocks

So I recently decided to go outside the box on my 2 wheel drive truck. I'm going to do something different suspension wise. I was planning on a three link out back anyway, that's when I started thinking about using Fox or King shocks with multiple mounting positions so my truck can either be slammed on the ground in the summer or raised for winter driving with off road tires.

Is there a happy medium when it comes to valving for them?

The front is still in the planning stages...
