I'm having a problem with my 1976 chevy truck, in the mornings It fires right up and idles good, but when I go to drive, it has no power and drives very sluggish and takes it a while until it shifts out of first then in 2nd it is still sluggish once I get to work which takes about 7-8 minutes ill turn it off and it will back fire. Now in the afternoon I go to go home and it runs a whole lot better, not perfect but it is sure a lot better. Any suggestions why it's doing this?
