Rubber floor mat dressing

I have the typical rubber mat in my 70 C10. What is a good way to clean and shine.

My wife's 06 MB has black rubber mats and I washed them down and tried a tire shine product - it was like Armorall. You could fall getting into car.

Re: Rubber floor mat dressing

That's what I use on mine: tire dressing.

It's slippery for a little while but gets better.

Interested to see if anyone else has a less slippery solution.

Re: Rubber floor mat dressing

Try the Meguiar's New Car Scent Interior Protectant / cleaner... it's supposedly non greasy.. I use it on the the weather tech mats, etc.. it does have some slickness, but nothing like tire shine etc.. leaves a nice clean black look with a slight shine...

Re: Rubber floor mat dressing

Try using 303 protectant. Buff it out well and it shouldn’t be slick
