Angry 96 C2500 rumble

I have a 96 c2500 Suburban 7.4
I have only had this vehicle a few months.

There is the slight rumble until you hit 55. Then its very pronounced.
Vibration is still there weather you are coasting , excellerating or even in natural.

I have new tires.
Replaced u joints.
Inspected rear end and installed new oil.
New filter and oil in trans.

Any ideas on what is causing this?

Did you check the carrier bearing between the two drive shafts?

Doesn't have one. It has a one piece aluminum drive shaft.

Maybe ?
Apparently the aluminum driveshafts had a carbon fiber wrap around them.
It seems that mine came off at some point. Talked to two shops that deals with these. The small shop guy says that its no good and he can build me a steel shaft but wont quote a price.
The bigger shop says that its still good but needs rebalanced.
So Monday morning im taking it to the bigger shop.

I will post the results....

So I have installed the driveshaft and bushing. Rumble is still there but not as bad. So it is still related to vehicle speed. The pinion bearing seems ok but maybe there is a bad spot. I think I need to tear into that next.
