Just curious, if all you want is a frame why don't you strip a stock frame and put your own suspension on it.

I'd have to straighten my frame, box it, add support and sandblast it. That's a lot of effort if I can buy one for a reasonable cost. $9,000 isn't what I had in mind but I don't kneed any of their suspension so I hope the cost would come down significantly.

I see. If you don't mind the stock frame you could always buy just the frame. I have seen them for sale in the classifieds section.
