Notch, crossmember questions....

What have you guys done with the TA crossmember as far as clearancing it for the driveshaft.
When I jack the RE up, it hits driveshaft. How much can be removed safely?

And that CM right in front of the RE, what have you guys done? I see some have removed it. Can I just build a step over it so it stays, but the pumkin won't hit when lowered?

Last, I already have a pair each of Slam Re7's and Re8's. Do you think the 8's will be too much out back? Should I buy another pair of 7's?

Thanks

Re: Notch, crossmember questions....

For the TA crossmember, you will either have to notch it or buy an aftermarket one like the ECE crossmember.

Concerning the other crossmember, most just remove it all together.

About the bags, some people put re7's on all four corners, some put the 7's in front and the 8's out back.
