Do the stock radios in the chevy square body truck have a support for the rear of the radio ?

Yes, it's more of a bracket. Like this in the photo, it will bolt up to the dash frame.

Thank you for the pics , I am going to repair the butchered radio are in my 85 with a patch panel .
