Haha yea I've seen that thing a few times on there. It's been for sale for at least 6 months. I shed a small tear every time I see it.

Re: The Smoker!

That is very cool. You can tell by the truck in the background they like their trucks.

Just wondering if a meat smoker would be better without the interior paint and plastic?

But very creative.

Re: The Smoker!

I'd buy it for $500 if it was closer. There is plenty of stuff you could still do with that truck.

Re: The Smoker!

Here in Tucson, I'm more into Solar Cooking.
Put your silver-bubble sunscreen in the windshield, pull it back a little and set a can of chili in front of it. By noon, it's hot.

I think that's a Small Block firebox, judging by the valve and timing chain covers.

Re: The Smoker!

Somehow, Coal Rolling came to mind when I looked at that ad.

Hey! There's 500 bucks worth of parts there for somebody. Or, put a hot tub in the bed, and hang a BBQ off the back, and instant partymobile.

Re: The Smoker!

Every time I scroll through craigslist I get excited, but then I remember what happened to the poor thing.. its a neat way to hide a smoker.. the more I think about it, the smarter I think the owner is... You could smoke something and not have to worry about your neighbors joining you for dinner lol

Re: The Smoker!

If I brought that home, I'd have to put a camper on it. Because that's where I'd be sleeping.
