engine is from a 91 Dodge, nv4500 from a 96 dodge. custom motor mounts, trans crossmember, trans hump, shortened driveshaft. Hydroboost is factory..it was originally a 350 diesel. 12 bolt 3.73 rear, stock rad with electric fan in front.

Its alot of torque for a 1/2 ton 2wd lol traction is definitely an issue.

Re: where are all the 6 bangers?

not so far.. if i was to build another one or if i was to pull anything i wouldn't of used a 1/2 ton for the swap. 3/4 or 1 ton is definitely the way to go if you want to use it as a truck. I wanted to keep it somewhat original with the sierra 15 diesel badging. but its alot of fun to drive, extremely reliable and great on fuel. I have approx. 20k km on it so far with no problems except i will be upgrading to 1-ton springs and shocks.

Re: where are all the 6 bangers?

Sorry if some of the pics are too big, I just linked them from my personal site.

My '79 that had a 250 (Sold )

I wish I still had it sometimes! Especially when I see trucks like S10 fans! Wow what a nice ride there.

Here is my current ride with a 250 inline 6. It's a '71 in the front, but it IS a Square body '79 Stepside bed in the back. I prefer the 73-87 Stepsides to any other model and I love the 73-79 fronts too, as you can tell by my last truck, and I have owned five of them!

Pulling my Teardrop Trailer under construction:

AC, Power steering, Full fan shroud.

Just picked up an Offenhauser 4bbl intake for it last week! (The engine came with it )

and finally, yes, I guess you could call me an Inliner!
