i am trying to post some pics of my truck but i don't know how to make the file smaller can anyone help?

Click on "FILE", click on "SAVE AS" and save your pic as a BITMAP. Bring the bitmap up, click on "IMAGE" and select stretch/scew and change the numbers to a smaller percentage. Then you can re-save as a JPEG and post.
