I'd be willing to bet those are 461X heads and would be all I'd want if they were but I know you're not going to part it out. Jamie

That's an excellent deal for someone with something light...I'm a 400sb
turbo 350 automatic man myself hence the saying there's no replacement for displacement. But if those are 461X heads just know that those were the best flowing production iron heads of that era clean up till the vortecs came out!

Yes they are and they have accessory holes for alternator, etc. Bought some at swap meet for 50 bucks. They need to be redone but already had them peened and checked. They are good.

461s should not have accessory bolt holes along with 462, 291 double hump castings. 041,186, & 492s have accessory bolt holes.

Re: 1965 327/275hp with M20 Muncie transmission

Will go out tomorrow and take a picture and post it. I may be wrong. But they are 64cc chamber heads with 1.94 valves. With accessory holes in front. Will check numbers tomorrow. I stand corrected.

I totally forgot about it. Will do it in the morning. Will take pictures of casting numbers and accessory holes in front. Thanks for reminder. They are packed in back of my shed for now all oiled up. We have another set on a 327 we built and haven't installed in 71 shortbed yet.
With all New valves guides, etc.

There are 2.02 double hump heads with accessory holes but they were on the 1970 LT1 motors. They have smaller camel humps on front of head with accessory holes.I had a set years ago but they ended up being cracked.I still got a lot of money for them some guy from Dubai bought them.

Re: 1965 327/275hp with M20 Muncie transmission

I have a set of 186 small hump castings I just had redone. Theyre small valve but still a good set of heads for the street. These castings bring big $$$ on Ebay.

Finally got out there today. They are 041's. They are not camel humps either but they do have 1.94 valves and 64cc closed chambers heads. But yours are prettier. Purttie.
