turbo 4.3
can you run a blow through turbo thru a 93 tbi, necessary mods? recommended turbo size. looking for around 100hp gain , maybea little less

I believe your referring to modification of the TBI housing. It should not be an issue but the stock TBI is limited in CFM. May try a 454 housing with the correct injectors meating your fuel requirements or maybe move to an aftermarket injection system with more flow.
I would go aftermarket due to the availability to monitor and modify the programming. TBI can be modified, but that’s a completely different learning curve. Lots of info on http://www.tbichips.com What mods are currently done? I see most the time you can get more horsepower out of a properly built engine then you can a turbo, this due to turbos being installed on stock platforms.
